This video covers one click property sites in the Luxury Presence platform, standalone websites built for a single listing. You'll learn when to use one, how to create and customize a site, the difference between editing in the site editor versus the Content tab, and how to publish, share, and duplicate a site for future listings. By the end, you'll be able to launch a fully branded, listing-specific site in just a few clicks.
What's Covered
- What a one-click property site is — A standalone website for a single listing that pulls data from your Content tab and doesn't affect your main site or MLS listing.
- Creating a site — Go to the Websites tab, click Create Website, select Property Website, choose your listing, and pick either the Pinnacle or Edge design.
- Adding your branding — Use the Global Elements icon to upload a transparent PNG logo to the site header.
- Editing site elements — Use the Pages tab and Edit mode to update elements, and the element library to add new ones, including auto-populating virtual tour and video elements.
- Editing content tab fields — Some fields, like the property description, must be edited in the Content tab rather than in the site editor.
- Publishing your site — Save your changes, choose a free subdomain with a custom slug or a purchased custom domain, then click publish.
- Sharing your live site — Use the published link in emails, social posts, flyers, mailers, or QR codes.
- Duplicating a site for future listings — Duplicate an existing site, change the property, and update listing-specific content before republishing.
