Accessing your properties — Navigate to Content, then Properties, in the Presence platform to manage all property listings.
How properties populate your site — Properties added or updated manually or via MLS sync automatically display in any site elements that pull from properties, such as featured or sold portfolio pages.
Enabling MLS sync — Contact support at [email protected] to activate MLS sync using your MLS agent ID, so listings appear and move to sold automatically.
Editing synced properties — Toggle off sync for the whole property or for individual sections, like the description, to make grayed-out fields editable.
Adding pocket or off-market listings — Click Add New to manually enter a listing, with options to keep the address private or password protect it.
Using video and home tour link fields correctly — Use the property video field only for YouTube, Vimeo, or MP4 links, and the home tour field only for Matterport or Virtuance style 3D tour links.
