Reviewing and Approving Social Media Posts

This video covers how to review, customize, and approve social media posts in the Presence platform. You'll learn how posts are generated for your approval, how to preview and edit them, and how they get scheduled once approved. By the end, you'll be able to manage your full social media queue from the platform.

 

 

What's Covered

  • Accessing social media — Log in to the Presence Platform, click Marketing in the left side menu, then click Social Media.

  • Reviewing generated posts — See posts generated for your approval, along with their posting platform and scheduled date.

  • Previewing posts — View how a post will look on Instagram and Facebook before it goes live.

  • Customizing images — Click Change Image to reorder, swap, or add new images to a post.

  • Customizing text — Edit the post description to your liking and save your changes.

  • Approving and scheduling — Click Approve to send the post back to your scheduled queue, where you can see all upcoming posts.
