How to Password Protect Properties & Pages

This video walks you through password-protecting both individual property listings and specific website pages in the Luxury Presence platform. You'll learn how to set up protection for each, what visitors will see when they encounter a protected listing or page, and how the optional access request form works.

What's Covered

  • What password protection is for — How this feature lets you control who can access specific listings or pages on your site, making it ideal for off-market properties, exclusive listings, or private content you want to share only with select clients.
  • Password protecting a property listing — How to navigate to the Properties section in the Content tab, locate the listing you want to protect, enter a password in the password field, and save — and what visitors will see once protection is enabled.
  • Password-protecting a website page — How to access the site editor from the Websites tab, find the page you want to protect using the top-left dropdown, open Page Settings from the three-dot menu, and enter a password to make that page private while the rest of your site stays fully public.
  • Access request form — How the optional request form works for visitors who don't have the password, and how to turn it off if you'd prefer not to offer that option.
  • The visitor experience — What a password-protected listing or page looks like to someone visiting your site, including the password prompt and the access request form.
