Launching and Managing Ad Campaigns in Presence

This video covers how to launch and manage listing, buyer, and seller ad campaigns in the Presence platform. You'll learn how to set up a campaign, customize the ad content, and review performance once it's live. By the end, you'll be able to launch an ad, share results with a seller, and understand how buyer and seller ads work.

 

 What's Covered

  • Accessing advertising — Log in to the Presence Platform and click Marketing in the left side menu to find listing, buyer, and seller ads.

  • Launching a campaign — Choose a suggested or browsed ad campaign, then set your duration and budget.

  • Reviewing targeting and placement — Check where the ad will run and edit the targeting if needed.

  • Previewing the ad — See how the ad will look on Instagram, Instagram Stories, and a Facebook carousel.

  • Customizing images and text — Reorder, swap, or add images, and edit the ad copy before saving your changes.

  • Launching and reviewing performance — Launch the campaign, then view current and past campaign analytics from the Marketing tab.

  • Sharing reports with sellers — Toggle which details to include in the listing report, then send it directly to your client's email.

  • Buyer and seller ads — Access reports and launch new campaigns for buyer and seller ads the same way as listing ads.
